We am excited to share a story of transformation and empowerment from Craftizen Foundation. Our recently concluded Training of Trainers (ToT) program, held from June 5th to 7th, 2025, at Basavanagudi Bangalore, has made a significant impact by supporting 15 NGOs and special schools. This initiative is helping transform the lives of persons with intellectual disabilities by equipping trainers with practical, eco-friendly livelihood skills.

Through this program, 30 trainers learned to create a variety of upcycled and sustainable crafts—including silicone mould flowers, wax tablets, incense sticks, MDF and flow-dust rakhis, torans, paper crafts, popcorn and fabric tassels, paper flowers, and Akash kandils. In addition to craft skills, the training covered vital topics such as cost management, packaging, product display, quality assurance, and market linkage—empowering trainers to build sustainable income-generation opportunities for their beneficiaries.
With this successful ToT, Craftizen Foundation has expanded its partnership network to 101 NGOs across India, all working towards inclusive and meaningful livelihoods for persons with intellectual disabilities.
We believe this inspiring story of transformation and inclusion will resonate with your readers. We kindly request you to consider publishing the press note below in your esteemed publication. Should you need further information, or photographs, please feel free to reach out.
