Addressing the gathering, Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot lauded the Committee for organizing the Shri Ram Katha Jnan Yagna, calling it a noble initiative aimed at universal welfare and global peace. “When Jagadguru Shri Rambhadracharya narrates the Ram Katha, it transcends storytelling—it becomes a divine journey of devotion, purification, and cultural enrichment,” he said.
The Governor described Jagadguru Shri Rambhadracharya as a legendary saint, scholar, poet, spiritual leader, and social reformer who has made unparalleled contributions to the promotion of Sanatan Dharma, Sanskrit, Hindi literature, and Vedic knowledge. He praised the Jagadguru’s extraordinary accomplishments despite his visual disability, highlighting his sharp memory, linguistic proficiency, eloquence, and creativity. “His life is a true inspiration for all,” he remarked, noting the Jagadguru’s receipt of the Padma Vibhushan for his exemplary service to the nation and society.
The Governor concluded by stating that in today’s world, where there is a growing quest for inner peace and spiritual meaning, such programs serve as beacons of hope and universal well-being.
