Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF), the second-largest milk federation in India and the premier dairy cooperative in South India. For over five decades, KMF has been engaged in the procurement and processing of milk and milk products through its network of member milk unions. These products are marketed under the well-known brand “Nandini”. Over the years, Nandini has become a household name and the first choice of consumers across Karnataka and several other states, owing to its unwavering commitment to quality, purity, and timely service. Today, Nandini products are not only enjoyed across India but are also reaching international markets, bringing the authentic taste of Karnataka to consumers worldwide.

Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) proudly announced the launch of its signature products, Nandini Ghee and Sweets, in the United States at the 8th NAVIKA World Kannada Summit 2025, held in Lakeland, Florida. The event was organized by Naavu Vishwa Kannadigaru (NAVIKA), a leading Kannadiga community organization in the USA. The official launch was carried out by Mr. B. Shivaswamy, Managing Director, KMF, who unveiled Nandini Ghee and select sweets before an enthusiastic gathering of Kannadigas and international delegates.      Mr. Kumar, Director, Koolu Super Foods – the official importer of Nandini Ghee to USA, Mr. Shivakumar, President, NAVIKA, and Mr. Harshith Gowda, Convener, NAVIKA, were also present on the stage and who extended their support in promoting authentic Karnataka flavors across global markets.

Addressing the gathering, Mr. Shivaswamy expressed: “The launch of Nandini Ghee and Sweets in the USA marks a proud milestone for KMF. It reflects our commitment to bringing farmers’ pride and Karnataka’s authentic taste to the international stage, ensuring that global consumers experience the purity, tradition, and trust associated with Nandini.”

As part of the launch, participants and visitors were offered samples of Nandini products, and a kiosk was set up for on-the-spot purchases, which received an overwhelming response from the gathering. This initiative by KMF aims to expand the global footprint of Nandini products, further strengthen the brand, and cater to international consumers seeking authentic and high-quality dairy products from India.
