ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಗಮನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ :
1.ಮೈಸೂರು ದಸರಾ – 2025 ರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ವರದಿಗಾಗಿ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಮಟ್ಟದ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಸುದ್ದಿ ವಾಹಿನಿಗಳು (ಇಬ್ಬರು ವರದಿಗಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಇಬ್ಬರು ವಿಡಿಯೋಗ್ರಾಹಕ ಮಾತ್ರ) ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ಭಾಷಯ ಮುದ್ರಣ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಹಾಗೂ ಸುದ್ದಿ ವಾಹಿನಿಗಳ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ (ಓರ್ವ ವರದಿಗಾರ ಅಥವಾ ಓರ್ವ ಛಾಯಾಗ್ರಾಹಕ ಅಥವಾ ಓರ್ವ ವಿಡಿಯೋಗ್ರಾಹಕ ಮಾತ್ರ) ತಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರು, ಹುದ್ದೆ, ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಇ-ಮೇಲ್ ವಿಳಾಸದ ಜೊತೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸು ಪತ್ರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಉಪ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು ವಾರ್ತಾ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಧನ್ವಂತರಿ ರಸ್ತೆ, ಮೈಸೂರು ಇವರಿಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 10-09-2025ರ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 3.00 ಗಂಟೆಯ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ನಿಗಧಿತ ನಮೂನೆಯ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಎರಡು PASSPORT ಆಳತೆಯ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಕೋರಿದೆ.
2.ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸು ಪತ್ರ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
3.ವಿದ್ಯುನ್ಮಾನ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದ ಓ.ಬಿ. ವ್ಯಾನ್ ಪಾಸ್ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಓಬಿ ವಾಹನದ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹಾಗೂ 1. (ಓರ್ವ) ಚಾಲಕರ ಹೆಸರು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು (ಓಬಿ ವ್ಯಾನ್ ಚಾಲಕರ ಎರಡು

ಅಳತೆಯ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರದೊಂದಿಗೆ)
4.ಈ ಪತ್ರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಿಗದಿತ ನಮೂನೆಯ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವಂತೆಯೇ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು.
5.ಮೈಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಕಚೇರಿ ಅಥವಾ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದದೇ ಇರುವ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಮಟ್ಟದ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯಮಟ್ಟದ ಸುದ್ದಿ ವಾಹಿನಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ಭಾಷಯ ಮುದ್ರಣ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಹಾಗೂ ಸುದ್ದಿ ವಾಹಿನಿಗಳ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ ವಾರ್ತಾ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕಚೇರಿಯ ಸುದ್ದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಶಾಖೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ನಮೂನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು.
6.ಉಳಿದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ತಮ್ಮ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳ ಮುಖಾಂತರ, ಉಪನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು, ವಾರ್ತಾ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಮೈಸೂರು ಇವರಿಗೆ ನಿಗದಿತ ಅವಧಿಯೋಳಗಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ: 10-09-2025ರ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 3.00 ಗಂಟೆಯ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು.
7.ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗುವ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯುಕ್ತರ ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಉಪನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು, ವಾರ್ತಾ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಮೈಸೂರು ಇವರಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
8.ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು ಮೈಸೂರು ದಸರಾ ಮಹೋತ್ಸವದ ಪಾಸುಗಳನ್ನು ಉಪನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು, ವಾರ್ತಾ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಮೈಸೂರು ಇವರಿಂದ ಪಡೆಯುವುದು.

Mysore Dasara – 2025 – Media Passes reg
For the attention of media organizations :
1.Media passes for covering Mysore Dasara – 2025 program Media representatives of National level and State level News channels (Two Reporter and Two Videographer only) and *Other language Print Media and News channels (One Reporter Or One Photographer or One Videographer only) with their name, designation, contact number and e-mail address along with a letter of recommendation from their organization (mandatory) can submit their applications duly filled in prescribed form by 10-09-2025 by 3 pm to The Deputy Director, Department and Information and Public Relations Department, Mysore.
2.Applications of Media representatives without letters of recommendation will not be considered for any reason. Along with requisition submit Passport size of 2 photos compulsory.
3.For Electronic Media O.B. Vehicle pass providing OB vehicle number and (one) driver’s name is mandatory for applying pass. (submit Passport size of 2 photos compulsory)
4.Application in the prescribed form is enclosed with this letter and filled application form as per the application can be submitted to Dy Director Department of Information and Public Relations Mysore.
5.National level News channels and Other languages print media and News channels, which don’t have their office and representatives at Mysore they can submit applications to The Deputy Director, Department of Information and Public Reletions , Press and News Section, Ground Floor, No. 17, Vartha Soudha, Infantry Road, Bangalore.
6.The applications which have received from media representatives in Bangalore, that applications after recommendation of Commissioner, will be sent to Deputy Director Department of Information and Public Relations, Mysore and passes can be collected from Mysore office.
7.Dasara Passes will be collected at office of the Dy Director, Department of Information and Public Relations, Dhanvanthri Road, Mysore
